Hometown Care is an in-home care agency that provides ADW waiver program services, personal care program services, IDD waiver services, veterans services, and case management services in 32 West Virginia counties employing approximately 500 people. Hometown Care has been business for 14 years. Their location in Weston will be their 4th office. Join us to help celebrate the opening of this new business in downtown Weston.
